Inspired Destiny: Living a Fulfilling and Purposeful Life ReviewI've attended several of the author's seminars and workshop, read all his previous books, and I have to say this one - "Inspired Destiny" - is now my absolute favourite. I could not put it down. John Demartini is a guy you have to see in person to fully appreciate (he really IS a genius, not to mention funny!). But if you can't get to one of his presentations, this book is the next best thing. It gives you a really good idea of what he's all about, and enough detail and practical exercises to do some of the work on yourself (you won't be sorry if you make the effort - it's simple stuff, but it's life-changing.) If you're already familiar with Demartini's work, you'll find this book really handy as a "refresher".I've read a lot of "personal development" books over the years, and none of it every worked for me. (A) I'm lazy and (B) it was all too new-age-y and wishful-thinking for my liking. All that positive thinking was positively doing my head in! But when I stumbled upon the Demartini Method, which you're introduced to in this book, my life finally got "un-stuck". I use the ideas you'll read about in this book almost every day of my life because they are no-nonsense and practical. There's no new-age "BS" here. This is information and ideas you can really use, written in an easy-to-read format. If you want to get out of a rut & start living a more inspiring life, this will be one of the best books you could ever read. Be prepared to have your whole perspective on life changed though!
