Penelope ReviewA little sci-fi, but mostly a hilarious character comedy about a young air-force officer in the 1960s and his discovery of a talking dolphin (with a southern accent). In recent literary history no pets, not even otters or lions, have been as perceptive and endearing as Penelope.
