Divinely Decadent Martinis & Appetizers ReviewThis is a fabulous book to help you host your own Martini party, or just for everyday meal ideas.The Martini is a classic drink that Ms.Moore has taken and refined into some scrumptious, tasting drinks.
I have made the Pinotini and it is a delightful drink, mixing with Pinot Noir Wine, it is very unique and a wonderful taste to the pallet. The appetizers in the book are also wonderful. I have made the Mediterranean Pizza and it is a wonderful recipe, my entire family loves this pizza and they always want me to make it. I also have made the Bacon Wrapped Drunken Scallops, they were very, very tasty.
These recipes are easy and friendly for everyone, anyone can do them. I also love the helpful hints in the back of the book, about how to shake a martini, the right kind of ice to use,and the perfect lemon twist, I never see that in any cookbook and these hints are just down to earth hints that people always want to know but never do because they are never printed. It's fabulous that Ms.Moore thought to put these hints in the book. I love this recipe book, and I'm a collector too, and have many, many cookbooks, but this is one of the best and easiest to use for a cocktail party, or even just and everyday family meal, the appetizers can be used as a meal too.
